About Me
Hi! My name is Megan. I am 31 years old and I recently moved back to North Saint Augustine area which is also the place I grew up. My husband and I have been married for five years and I have three step-children that, now, are over 18 and living on their own. I am awkward but open-minded. I love a good joke and all things that are weird and/or different.
Education
I graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Florida in 2014 with a BA in Criminal Justice and a BA in Psychology. I was in the certification program in 2015 in Math Education (6-12). My specialty is Algebra.
Teaching Experience
Yes, I worked as an AVID tutor in Saint Johns County at Bartram Trail High School for the 2015-2016 school year. I also worked for Kelly Educational Staffing as a Duval County substitute Teacher as well as in the Saint Johns County School District. I was a support specialist at Saint Johns County Technical High School.
Interests
I enjoy coloring and putting together Lego building kits.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
